Most of our product are made of 100% 925 sterling silver and 9ct/18ct yellow,white or rose gold. Silver is a precious metal, like gold and platinum. Our sterling silver jewelry is stamped/hallmarked with 925 to indicate the metal type so is our gold jewellery hallmarked with the appropriate stamp for the respective metal per item.

No. Aria Jewellery is strictly an online retailer. In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.

STANDARD ORDERS

Our general turn-around time for orders is between 2-10 depending on whether item is in stock or have to be ordered.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Please note that custom orders require even more attention and time, and often need to have specific materials sourced. For these reasons, custom orders may take between 2-4 weeks.

For deliveries within South Africa, you will receive your delivery between 2-3 working days from the date of sending. When we send your piece you will receive an email informing you that it has been sent and is on the move.

As we use a door-to-door courier company we need you to give us a physical address where there will be someone present on the day of delivery to sign for your package.
