How do I place a personalised necklace order with Aria Jewellery?

You can place your order online in a few simple steps. Locate the item you would like to purchase, you can view our personalised jewellery items via our product categories listed on  the Page or you can use the search function.

Click through to the product page which showcases images, sizes and details. Select your size and personalisation if required and add your item to your cart. Ensure all fields have been filled in. Carry on browsing if you like and add further items to your cart. Once you’re done with you shopping you can go to your cart via the icon at the top right corner of the website and check out. For your order to be successful and to go into manufacturing payment must be completed via one of the methods offered.

Payment can be made via PayFast, Ozow, and our Buy Now Pay later options like PayJustNow, Payflex and Happy Pay.

Manufacturing of your order will begin processing once payment has been received and it has cleared.

Our Personalised Jewellery is predominantly produced in 925 Sterling Silver and 9ct yellow, White and Rose Gold. Each product will list its metal within the product description.

All or personalised jewellery pieces are made of genuine 925 Sterling Silver or 9ct Gold

Yes, we ship worldwide! We do not cover the cost of international taxes and duties

Customising and manufacturing your necklace typically takes 7-10 business days. Delivery may take an additional 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Due to the nature of personalised jewellery products, we cannot offer returns unless it is due to a manufacturing fault.

All of our pieces are stamped to show their authenticity with the 925-metal purity stamp, certifying that our pieces are made with a minimum of 92.5% pure silver as well as our 9ct gold jewellery pieces.

For the best care of your jewellery, we advise using lukewarm, soapy water and a soft toothbrush to gently clean the piece.

Avoid wearing your jewellery while bathing, in bed, or during exercise, as exposure to water, sweat, or friction can affect its lustre. Additionally, refrain from directly spraying perfume or applying creams onto your jewellery.

Please avoid using commercial jewellery cleaning solutions, as they may be too harsh and could damage certain stones like turquoise, opal, malachite, and coral by removing their patina or affecting their porous nature.

Regularly inspect your jewellery for any loose gemstones. If you suspect a stone has become loose, kindly reach out to us for assistance. If you ever feel uncertain about caring for your new jewellery, don’t hesitate to contact us for guidance.

It is always best to send us an email immediately if this occurs so we can check the status of your order, if we have already started producing your personalised jewellery item then you will not be able to change the name or word

All orders are currently sent out using Courier Guy and are marked for overnight delivery. As we are located in Cape Town, main areas are usually delivered overnight once dispatched. Other main lying areas 2-3 working days and outlying areas 2-5 working days once dispatched.

IMPORTANT: Courier Guy will not deliver in certain areas without contacting you via telephone first. Please ensure that the number which you use on your order is working and that you answer their calls to arrange delivery.
