Shipping and Refund Policy

In order to deliver on our promise of exceedingly personal service and ensure prompt delivery of your fabulous order, we guarantee to process all in stock items within 1-2 business days and make every attempt to deliver your package within 3-5 business days after it ships from our warehouse.

Delivery will only be made to the delivery address supplied to us, and only to physical addresses. The Courier Guy will deliver during business hours (8am – 5pm) on weekdays and will not call beforehand to arrange a time for delivery.

A signature is required when your delivery arrives. If you will not be at home at the time of delivery, and nobody is home to receive your parcel, please rather provide us with your work address for the delivery.

If no one is on hand at the time of delivery, they will attempt again the following day. Thereafter the parcel will be redirected to Aria Jewellery, who will then contact the customer to clarify delivery details. In such a case, a redelivery fee may be charged at our discretion.

How do I track my order status?
You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order ships.

REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us or email orders@ariasjewellerypalace.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like  (Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange earrings, custom made pieces, special orders, engraved items, stock items altered at the customer’s request and items that have been altered in any way.)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
